Congrats on your engagement! You are in a very exciting season and we are so thankful you have inquired with us to shoot your wedding!
We are Steven and Stephanie - central Alberta’s husband and wife wedding photography team. For us, it all started with marriage. We got married in 2007 (I know what you’re thinking, we look WAY too young to be married that long ;)). With big hopes for the future and our friends and family by our sides, we believed (and still believe) that marriage is so much more than a wedding day.
We know that marriage affects every aspect of our lives. Our overall happiness, friendships, parenting, finances - they are all affected by the health of our marriage and the strength of our connection. Strong, happy marriages really do make the world a better place!
That’s why we do what we do. We take photos that truly capture who you are as a couple within their frames. Trust us, we have been doing this marriage thing a little while now and time moves WAY.TOO.FREAKING.FAST. We get to stop time (yep, almost like magic)! We capture who you are in THIS moment - making the moment last forever and creating a legacy. We want you to be able to look at your heirloom album or the photos on your mantle and feel JOY in the good times, but even more so, to feel STRENGTH in the tough ones. After all, everything you’ve built started with one thing - your love.
One of OUR marriage goals is to help strengthen other marriages and relationships through photography. You can count making friends, having lots of laughs and drinking #allthecoffee as a few of our other goals!

We believe in creating community with our business. Friends first, clients second. So upon inquiry, we love to meet and hear your story, how your met, and how you got engaged (eeek!) over coffee. If distance does not permit, we make sure that coffee still happens in front of our respective screens.

A complimentary engagement session!
Like we said, friends first, clients second. Let’s hang out and watch the sunset together! An engagement session allows you to get to know us, and get comfortable in front of our cameras. You’ll be pros before your wedding day! One of the main things future grooms say after the session? “Wow, that was way more fun than I expected!”
Pre Wedding Consult
The week of your wedding we sit down (or meet online) and go through your entire timeline. This is when we catch all those little details that could be missed. So many brides leave this meeting telling us how much better and less stressed they feel!
IT'S TIME TO SAY I DO
We show up to your wedding day ready to serve you! This is our JAM, so you can expect to have a good time. We got this, and you have been planning this day for months, so it's time to just ENJOY day one of being Mr and Mrs!
REVEAL SESSION
Within 90 days following your wedding we book a reveal session with you and your spouse to relive the day with you! During this time we discuss how you'd like to display your portraits in your home, whether that be an album, wall art, or some other fun and unique options we have!

PRICING GUIDE
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK OUR WEDDING?
In order to secure us for your date we require at 50%+GST retainer and a signed contract. Our proposal and contract are available here.
HOW MANY IMAGES DO WE RECEIVE?
We feel like we have found the sweet spot to telling the entirety of your story! A typical wedding day with 8-10 hours of coverage usually converts to 700-900 photos.
DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?
Your wedding day coverage includes service in Red Deer, Calgary, or Edmonton. There is a fee for travel for distances further than those from our home base in Red Deer. Also, for engagement photos 30+ km's outside of Red Deer we charge a competitive per km fee of $0.55/km.
